What happens after I place an order?
You should receive an immediate confirmation email. If you requested customized product, you will receive a proof within 1-2 business days of your order. Please make changes/corrections or indicate your approval and once emailed back to us we will start the production process. After a proof is approved, your order is fulfilled as soon as possible and shipped to you. All orders that are OVERNIGHT or 2nd DAY AIR orders are expedited and we will make sure your order is rushed in order to get to you as soon as possible.
How do I check the status of my order?
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped. If you have questions/concerns in between that time, please call (512) 542.0002 or email us at info@sprinklesinvitations.com
After I place my order, how long does it take to receive a proof?
Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a proof via email. Then you can make corrections and/or changes and we will work with you to make the customization exactly as you would like before printing.
Are envelopes included with the stationery/invitations I order?
Yes, in every circumstance on our site we try to specify what envelopes and color they will come in. At times we may be out of a particular color or style but we will notify you of that and do our best to replace them with an equivalent.
Is printing included or is it additional?
Printing on our invitations is an additional price per piece. Since we are the design/manufacturing house we are able to charge fair prices for the invitations and customization/printing because we don't have to cover shipping or additional fees associated with using outside vendors.
How do I pay for the order?
We only process orders that have been screened and processed by Paypal as payment. You must go through Paypal to make any financial transactions with us, but you have the option of paying through your own credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) once you have registered with Paypal. In our experience, Paypal is the safest and most secure way for us to take your payment and we are happy to help you through the process if you so need it. Is the SprinklesInvitations.com site secure?
Our site and checkout is securely encrypted, and we do not share your personal information with anyone.
Does Sprinkles accept returns?
You may return any un-customized merchandise in good, re-sellable condition within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt. We can offer a refund or exchange for the items.

Please include a copy of your invoice, the reason for return and whether or not you would like a replacement or refund. Postage is not refunded. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment.
You will receive an email letting you know we have received your merchandise as well as a printed refund or exchange document via email.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once we receive your order, we start the process of fulfilling. It is possible to cancel an order for a $15 fee if the items have not been printed or customized in any way. There is a small window of time that this can happen if you have ordered customized product, but once an item has been customized or printed, it is not possible to cancel the order.
What if I need to make a change after I have placed my order?
If you need to make a change, it is best to notify us of it when we send you your proof. If you ordered un-customized merchandise, please email info@sprinklesinvitations.com and we will work with you to accommodate your change. Once you have approved a proof via email, Sprinkles Designs is not responsible for errors or changes beyond the approval confirmation email.
What if I made a mistake after my order has been approved to print?
These instances happen and we will work with you to correct the situation. If it is a mistake on our end, we will correct the error and get you the product as soon as possible. If you make the mistake and must do a re-order, Sprinkles will work with you by offering a small discount on the new invitations. Call or email us and we will work it out together. The recipient must pay all shipping costs.
What if I have special instructions for my order?
Upon checkout there is a comments section where you can put your special instructions. If you need to make additional specifications, then please email info@sprinklesinvitations.com
and include your order number as well as the name in which the order was placed.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! We ship internationally through the US Postal Service. If you are international, when you place your order the shipping WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Once we receive your order, we will email you with the shipping charge options in relation to speed of delivery and once we receive your preferred shipping option, we will invoice you via Paypal to pay the shipping costs for your order. All taxes, tariffs, duties and other charges from any authority are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Can I order blank stock (non-printed) items?
Yes, the shipping time on this is 1-2 business days.
Is it possible to receive a sample?
Yes, since we manufacture the products, we have many printed samples at our disposal. Please email info@sprinklesinvitations.com and we will send you a sample via US mail that same day.
Can I order a custom designed invitation or stationery?
Yes you can. We are happy to offer any kind of custom reply cards (to match the invitations) or any additional custom themed products. If you have a particular idea in mind, we would be happy to accommodate it. Each custom order requires a specific contact from us, so please email info@sprinklesinvitations.com with your request and phone number, and our designer will be in touch shortly.
What if I need to order large quantities, will I receive a price break?
We are happy to take large quantity orders (over 500), and will be happy to speak with you about this. Please email mary@sprinklesinvitations.com or call 512.542.0002 and we can discuss timing, quantities and special pricing.
I have a coupon, how do I enter it? Please enter your coupon code upon checkout and your discount will be deducted from the pre-tax total of your order
