  About Us

Thank you so much for visiting Sprinkles Invitations!
Whether you saw us in a store, heard about us through a friend or found us on your own,
we are glad you swung by!

We thought it would be a fun idea to share with you some details of the production of Sprinkles Invitations. From initial inspiration to finished product, the production process is a vital part of the invitations that you receive. Please take a look at the photos below and explore with us how it all works!

Inspiration:
Designer Mary Young explores all possible avenues when it comes to creating new Sprinkles designs. Inspiration can come from a lot of different things but a favorite source is flea markets, swap meets and antique marketplaces. Old toys, found objects and magazines inspire ideas for colors, shapes and new designs. Here, she has just arrived in a Mexican Mercado and has already filled her bag with goodies!

Printing:
We use the highest quality presses available and constantly look for new and better ways to produce our products.
Sprinkles Invitations are produced in the USA by local printers and craftsmen, using 100# cover stock paper and 4-color offset presses.

Die-Cutting:
All Sprinkles Invitations are die-cut after printing, using wooden dies made by laser machines. By taking the outline of the invitation design, our die craftsmen makes a custom die that cuts each invitation one at a time to ensure the best accuracy as possible.

Inventory:
To make sure that our products are available quickly, we keep inventory of thousands of invitations. They are stored in a dry, climate-controlled place so that the paper holds it's shape and is in the best condition possible before it is boxed up and shipped out.
